Very favorable weather conditions in April and June allowed a very even bud-burst and flowering in 2015. The hot and dry summer then ensured a complete degradation of any vegetal aromas as well as a welcome hydric stress, beneficial for the thickening of the grape skins and rapid maturation of the pips. The color change was also beautiful even thanks to the regular rain showers. The careful thinning out and vine care during the growth cycle meant the bunches remained perfectly healthy right through to the end of harvest time.
